Richard Stallman contre la loi DADVSI
Le 19 décembre 2005, alors que l’examen du projet de loi DADVSI commençait le lendemain à l’Assemblée, deux membres fondateurs d’EUCD.INFO se rendaient à l’Hôtel Matignon avec 6 mètres de signatures sur lesquels étaient inscrits les noms des 75 000 premiers signataires de la pétition «NON au projet de loi DADVSI».
Vendredi 9 juin 2006 à 15h30, alors que l’incertitude règne toujours concernant le futur du projet de loi relatif au «droit d’auteur et droits voisins dans la société de l’information» (DADVSI), Richard Stallman, président de la Fondation pour le Logiciel Libre, se rendra à l’Hôtel Matignon avec plus de 15 mètres de signatures soit plus de 165.000 signataires. Il demandera à être reçu par le Premier Ministre pour lui faire part de son expérience et de son expertise, et pour lui exprimer ses inquiétudes sur ce projet de loi.
